Snacking gives your brain energy, but be mindful of what types of snacks that you are eating. It was found that in a study that people with 25 or more teeth ate more nutritiously and made healthier choices. Part of this is that not everyone knows that you will be stuck eating non-chewable foods if you are without teeth. Being able to eat what you want will allow you to make easier health choices, leaving you with a health body as well as a healthy mouth.
