Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
One of the most important things, when you are making a peanut butter oatmeal smoothie is to blend the oatmeals first. You want a thick smoothie, but not a clumpy one. Get a good blender to pulverize the oatmeals. ½ cup of oatmeals should be enough.
Now add ½ cup almond milk, or any other milk you prefer, into the blender. Do this step right after pulverising the oatmeals. The milk is going to soften the oatmeals a little bit. Let the oatmeals soak up the milk for 1 or 2 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare your other oatmeal smoothie ingredients. You need 1 banana, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Throw everything in the blender and mix it until it’s smooth. Congratulation! You made your first peanut butter banana oatmeal smoothie.
Now let’s see what else we can do with some peanut butter and oatmeals.
