Breakfast Booster Hemp Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Hemp Protein powder
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup of Almond Milk (Substitute for any milk alternative of choice, or water)
- ½ tsp raw honey
- Optional: ½ tsp Ashwaganda powder
Add all the ingredients to your blender, blend for about 2 minutes and enjoy!
2pm Energy Lifter Hemp Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Hemp Protein powder
- ¼ cup kale/baby spinach
- 1 Kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ½ cup Coconut water
- ½ cup almond milk
Add all the ingredients to your blender, blend for about a minute and enjoy!
P.s. If you can’t find frozen cherries, fresh will work too, just don’t forget to de-pit them prior! If you can’t get your hand on cherries, frozen raspberries or blueberries make for a fantastic alternative.
Pumpkin Pecan Pie Dessert Hemp Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Hemp Protein powder
- 3 Medjool dates (pitted)
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of pecans (soaked and rinsed)
- ¼ tsp of ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp of fresh nutmeg
- ¼ tsp of all-spice powder
- ¼ tsp of ginger powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp (30ml) maple syrup
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- 1 cup of ice
Add all the ingredients to your blender, blend for about 2 minutes and enjoy!
