Why choose hemp protein?

Hemp protein is essentially made from the hemp seeds of the Hemp plant, and hemp seeds themselves have been widely sold in health stores for many years for their nutritional dietary benefits. Also, it is fully legal and available to purchase very easily.

Not only is hemp powder itself full of protein, but it’s also a fantastic source of fibre, and as mentioned, it’s full of essential fatty acids that the body requires, as well as being packed full with vitamins and minerals.

Hemp protein powder is also really easy to digest, as well as being vegan-friendly we’ll have you know.  Also, these smoothie recipes can be just as delicious as your favourite ice lolly when frozen. So, if you can’t drink it all in one go, considering popping it in the freezer and saving it for later.
