Most of the students focus on studying and passing the exams and do not pay a lot of attention to their lifestyle and their health. Tip number one – Plan your meals in advance and make sure you consume the right ingredients! It is a good idea to plan your meals in advance, because in all the studying and going to lectures, you might not have enough time for preparing your food. Make a list of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also include 2 snacks. Five small meals a day all you need. Make sure you avoid sugar and sugary snacks as well as chips and soda and some other sugary drinks. When you make your list, make sure you have included some protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Prepare your meals the night before and store them in a fridge. The next day, you just need to pick up your meal and enjoy its taste. Tip number two – Water is the only liquid you really need! All your body needs is some water in order to stay hydrated. Hydration is really important for proper body function. Tip number four – A quality sleep is mandatory! Most of the students study during the nights, stay up all night watching a film, or just want to party all night long. The nights are meant for a good rest and a good sleep. Sleep deprivation can lead to anxiety, depression, memory loss or inability to memorize and also leads to weight gain.
