5 Proven Ways to Eliminate Bad Breath

However, while mouth rinse will help your breath to smell nice, it is a temporary fix. Mouth rinse can’t cure the underlying issue, you’ll still need to visit the dentist to get this resolved.

    • Eat Gum

     

    Sugar-free gum is an excellent way to stimulate saliva production in your mouth. Saliva naturally dilutes the acid in your mouth reducing its ability to attack your teeth.

    It also helps to wash away any debris in your mouth that can cause bad breath. Just make sure the gum is sugar-free, if it has sugar in it you’ll be feeding the bacteria in your mouth, that’s going to increase tooth damage and the potential for bad breath.
